Delivery is made exclusively in the Italian territory and is free, irrespective of the number of products purchased and their weight.
1_Type of delivery
The package will be forwarded by UPS express courier to the address given when making the purchase. To avoid delivery problems (wrong address, unavailability, etc.), it is essential to complete the appropriate form correctly, inserting a contact telephone number.
Deliveries will be made within 4 working days, including for the islands, from when you receive the e-mail confirming dispatch. This delivery time may be longer in sales or promotions periods, or during bank holidays: no deliveries are made 25/12, 26/12, 01/01, at weekends or in periods when the company is closed, which will be communicated in good time on the site. UPS’s customer service at number +39 02 30303039 quoting the details of the shipment received via e-mail. If you do not receive your order within the expected 4 working days for delivery, we advise you to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within the following 48 hours.
3_Means of delivery
Your package will be delivered between 9.00 and 17.00 at the address specified when making the purchase, and a signature will be requested. In the event you are out when the courier calls, they will leave a note with details for agreeing a new delivery time. Unless the courier has received different instructions, they will, in any case, make two further delivery attempts. If in all three attempts is not possible to make the delivery, our customer services will try to contact you in the next five days to agree a new means of delivering your package. At the end of this period we will cancel the order and re-credit the amount paid through the payment method you have chosen. If, upon receipt of the package there are evident signs of damage, we would ask you to accept the package with reservations, notifying such problems to the shipper. You will than need to contact our customer services at the email@example.com address within the following 48 hours.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the executed order, you can always choose to return one or more articles and request an Exchange of size or a reimbursement of the value of the products returned.
You have twenty days from receipt of the goods to request our customer services to change or return articles purchased and 10 days from the date of such communication to make the return delivery to the express courier. The articles must arrive at the address indicated within 10 days from the return request.
The cost of shipping by express courier to return purchased articles is your responsibility.
Regarding the intact and undamaged nature of the goods You can return an article purchased at iblues.it only if it is in the same condition as when it was received. We recommend that you ensure that:
- the article has not been used or has been damaged when being tried on;
- the article is not dirty or has been washed;
- the article has all its pendants, labels and original finishings;
- the article has not been modified in any way.
The articles must be returned in the original packaging, which is considered as an integral part of the article.
If you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal you must:
- contact the iBlues Customer care service at the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org communicating the order number and your wish to exchange or receive a refund, and wait for the return authorisation.
- complete all parts of the return form received together with the shipment and put it in transparent envelope outside the package;
- make sure to put inside the articles including accessories and the original packaging and seal the package;
- stick onto the package the adhesive label with the destination address, the warranty seals and the coloured “return” label supplied together with the original shipment;
- send the package with a carrier of your choice.
We recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods shipped and which allows you to trace the shipment and provides proof of due delivery. Once we have received the goods, we will check the conformity of the products and we will inform you of the outcome. In the event that the products are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated or dirty in such a way as to compromise their “intact” nature, they shall not be refunded or exchanged. The refund of the value of the returned products, equivalent to the purchase price, shall take effect by re-crediting the amount paid within 30 days from the date of the return request.
