Information on processing of personal data (art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30-06-2003)

The data of the user reading this information sheet is the data provided by said user at the point(s) of sale and will be processed in accordance with the legislative requirements of the regulations on Privacy in Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30-06-2003, for the following purposes:
- invitations to events, newsletters, communications on business initiatives and promotions, sending of advertising material and any other promotional or business initiative;
- market research and any other marketing surveys (performed directly, or through specialist companies).
This data will be kept and processed in conformity with the methods contemplated by Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30-06-2003 n. 196, through adopting of the minimum security measures required.

With your consent, your data may be communicated to forwarding agencies, telephone companies, publishing companies, advertising agencies, companies specialising in marketing analysis and/or which perform market research, and other points of sale belonging to all the commercial chains forming part of the Max Mara Group, consultants and agents, and companies supplying the products purchased.

The rights of the parties concerned under article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30-06-2003 may be exercised at any time, by contacting the processing manager: the person(s) indicated in the information signs displayed inside the point(s) of sale where this information sheet is mentioned.
